Staniel Cay is home to the famous Thunderball Grotto where the
James Bond film "Thunderball was filmed.
We did not go to the Grotto. You have to go at slack tide
because the current can get quite rough there.
Staniel Cay has mail service, an airport with fairly regular flights to and from Nassau,
a nurse at a private clinic, a library, trash drop-off,
a Baptist Church, and three restaurants.
